I am doctor Hasan (PhD in law) want to write something’s about improve for Bangladesh and others developing countries. I hope my friends will be interested to read it. I am requesting to my friends for read my comment and join for helping needy people.

Need-based education. People cannot be interested in education that does not meet his or her needs. We could easily very rightly underline this important point. The seminar, Current Economic Trends in Bangladesh and Global Phenomenon, was held at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) of Dhaka University on recently. The panelists stressed the need to take national initiative on developing need-based education and human developing policy. This would reduce wastage of public resources and help attain durable national competitiveness.
It is true that needs of all people are not the same. Some people want to attain some education to write and read letters and keep personal accounts. Others need it to read books of their choice. But most people consider education as a way of income. This point has never been given proper importance in Bangladesh education system. This is the main reason of a huge number of drops out in Bangladesh schools and colleges. The government's bid to ensure compulsory education for all cannot be successful unless and until education is made need-based.

Vocational training including training on information technology should be included in our curriculum. This will highly reduce the unemployment rate in the country. People coming out of schools and colleges would get jobs soon. Opportunities of employment abroad will also increase. The country will not be burdened with thousands of jobless degree holders. Financial success of educated people will encourage all others to acquire education. It will then ensure the economic progress of the nation. Bangladesh must follow the example of other countries. Many countries have achieved spectacular progress by introducing need-based education system. Bangladesh needs that opportunity very much. So the government must not delay in introducing a need-based education system in Bangladesh.
